Grading Policy:
Your grade will be based on the amount of points you receive from tests, quizzes, homework assignments, individual and group projects, writing assignments, class presentations, and class participation. A specific number of points will be given to each assignment.
Grading Scale: grades with percentage as said in handbook – no rounding.
Late assignments - Work will be considered late if not turned in on due date. Having work misplaced in locker or at home will be considered late.
Late work grading policy – Three days to complete missed work without an excused absence.
First day – 10% off, maximum grade 90%
Second day – 50%, maximum grade 50%
Third day – no credit.
Grading late work – Late assignments will be penalized and then graded accordingly by the teacher.
